History
Butula Boys High School was established in 1964 with a student population of 45 who started their studies at St. Paul’s High School , Amukura in Form 1B. The class was relocated to the present Butula Boys High School in 1965 at Form 2 with the first Principal being Mr. Paul Joseph who was their Deputy Principal.

The mission of the school is to nurture and cherish the growth of knowledge ,skills and values in individuals in order to develop their potentials , promote self actualisation and make them well integrated members of the society.
