Francis Chachu Ganya is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for North Horr Constituency in Marsabit County. Francis Ganya has been a member of Frontier Alliance Party (FAP) since 2013 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing North Horr Constituency.

From 1992 to 1996, Francis Ganya went to St. Lawrence University in New York in USA to study a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Environmental Studies. Between 1997 and 1999, Francis Ganya joined the George Mason University in USA to take a Post Graduate Diploma in Non-Profit Management and later in 1997, while still at George Mason University in USA, he studied a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
