Charles Mutavi Kilonzo is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Yatta Constituency in Machakos County. Charles Kilonzo was elected in 2017 as an independent candidate and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Yatta Constituency.

In 1986, Charles Kilonzo joined the University of Nairobi to pursue a Bachelor of Arts, where he graduated in 1989.
