Jimmy Nuru Ondieki Angwenyi is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Kitutu Chache North Constituency in Kisii County under Jubilee Party (JP). Jimmy Angwenyi has been a member of the Jubilee Party (JP), since 2013 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Kitutu Chache North constituency.

Between 1978 and 1982, still at Caltex Oil (Kenya) Ltd, Jimmy Angwenyi worked as a Chief Accountant. In 1988 until 1996, he got a job at Kenyatta University as a Lecturer. From 1997 and 2007, he joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Kitutu Chache Constituency. In 2008, he moved to Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (KETRACO) as a Director. In March 2013, Jimmy Angwenyi joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Kitutu Chache Constituency.
