Rosemary Wahu Kagwi commonly known as Wahu is a singer, songwriter, actress, former fashion model and entrepreneur and was a student and graduated in Mathematics and Communication at University of Nairobi.
Rosemary Wahu Kagwi started her career in music industry in 2000. She first released three songs; Niangalie, Esha and Liar. In 2005, she released her first hit, Sitishiki. Wahu has entertained many Kenyan and African Artistes which include Nameless, Nonini, Fally Ipupa, Wyre, Qqu, P-Unit among others.
In MTV Africa Music and Pearl of Africa Music Awards 2008, Rosemary Wahu Kagwi was named the Best Female Artist. She was also Favourite Female Artiste in CHAT Award 2008. In 2009, she had the best video-Little Things You Do featuring Bobi Wine. In 2010, She was the Best Reggae Song in Tanzania music awards.
