KASNEB examination centres are institutions and venues authorised to host KASNEB professional, diploma and certificate examinations. Centres may differ by sitting, course, examination mode and available capacity. The codes in this article’s original 2016 list are retained as an archive only, not as confirmation that any particular venue is approved for the next examination.
Where can I find the current KASNEB examination-centre list?
KASNEB provides an official Examination Centres directory intended for searching by name, centre code, area and examination mode. The directory may load its available centres dynamically. If no entries appear, that alone does not mean there are no available centres. Use the current student booking portal or contact KASNEB for help.
The Examination Resources page is another official starting point for examination-centre notices, examination regulations, paper timetables and other changes.
How to choose a KASNEB exam centre
- Log in to the official student management portal using your registered account.
- Open Examination Booking, followed by Student Booking and Examination Booking.
- Select an available sitting: April, August or December, as applicable to your qualification.
- Review the papers and remove any you are not sitting for.
- Choose a preferred examination centre from the options presented for the sitting and paper or examination mode.
- Review the booking information and submit it, then pay the generated official invoice.
- Save your booking receipt and download the student timetable and final examination instructions.
KASNEB warns that it may allocate a different examination centre from the one chosen during booking. A preference is therefore not a guarantee of final placement. Check the confirmed allocation and reporting instructions before making travel or accommodation arrangements.
KASNEB examination sittings and modes
KASNEB currently advertises examination sittings in April, August and December. Certain papers may use different modes or approved testing facilities. The final centre, room, timetable, identification requirements and examination mode should be taken from your own current official booking record and timetable, rather than an older public list.
What should you bring to the examination centre?
- Valid national identification document or other identity document accepted in the official exam regulations.
- The KASNEB registration and examination booking details you are instructed to produce.
- Your confirmed examination timetable or authority-to-sit documents, if required for your sitting.
- Permitted examination equipment only, according to the current candidate instructions.
- Allow travel time and reach the venue before the published reporting deadline.
Historical KASNEB centre codes from the original 2016 article
Archive only — not a current approved centres list. The following codes, school and institution names, and towns were published in the older directory article for various KASNEB qualifications, including ATD, CPA, CS, CIFA, CCP, CICT and DICT. Some institutions have since changed their names, moved, closed or changed accreditation. Do not use any archived code to make a new booking without checking it on the current KASNEB portal.
