Kenya Power regional offices support electricity customers across Kenya with account enquiries, new connections, billing, meters and electricity supply complaints. Its branch network covers all counties, but visitors should check the current office location, service hours and facilities through the official Kenya Power county-office directory.

Its published directory includes service points at Stima Plaza, Ruaraka, Donholm, Ruai, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Murang’a, Embu, Mombasa, Voi, Wajir, Garissa and other county towns. Services available at Kenya Power branches
Offices can guide customers on bills, meter readings, connection applications, complaints and account issues. Bring a national ID or passport, account or meter number and any work-request reference. Ask the national centre whether your particular service is handled at the branch before travelling.
Outages and emergencies
Report power failures through the MyPower app or *977# under incident reporting, or call 97771. Keep the complaint reference number for follow-up. Do not attempt repairs to live electricity equipment.
