Adan Haji Ali is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Mandera South Constituency in Mandera County. Adan Ali has been a member of the Jubilee Party (JP), since 2017 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Mandera South Constituency.

In 1977, Adan Ali attended the Elwak DEB Primamry School for his Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) and finished in 1983. From 1984 to 1987, he proceeded to Mawego Technical School for his O Levels certificate and then in 1988, moved to Kabaa High School for his A Levels certificate. Between 1990 and 1994, Adan Ali attended the Kenya Utalii College to earn a Diploma in Hotel Management. In 2004, he joined the University of Nairobi to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce till 2009. In 2010, he went back to the University of Nairobi to study a Masters in Business Administration.

In 1994 till 2013, Adan Ali was employed at the Baobab Beach Resort as a General Manager. From 2013 to 2017, Adan Ali got another job at Kwale County Government as a CEC Tourism, Innovations and ICT. In 2017, Adan Ali joined the Kenya National Assembly as a Member of Parliament for Mandera South Constituency.
