Beatrice Kones, whose full name is Beatrice Pauline Cherono Kones, is a kenyan politician who is a member of parliament for Bomet constituency in Bomet County under Jubilee Party and is a member of Jubilee Party. In 2009, Beatrice was appointed Assistant minister of Home Affairs of Cabinet.

The Member of Parliament, Beatrice, lost her daughter, Vicky Chebet Kones on 16th April after she was admitted to hospital but lost her life after her condition worsened. Kevin Kones, the deceased brother explained that Vicky had been unwell but her condition worsened on Tuesday night. Vicky was rushed to hospital where the doctors tried to stabilise her but, unfortunately, she did not make it. Her death comes barely a month after her brother, Collins Kipyegon Kalya took his own life because of family issues.
