Gladys Boss Shollei was the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, an advocate working for over 20 years and a Certified Public Secretary. Boss is the prevailing women diplomat for Uasin Gishu County. Gladys was fired as the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary due to misappropriation of funds, disobedience, ineptitude and involvement in sideshows.

She was controversially pushed out of the powerful Judicial Service Commission because of corruption’s allegations. In 2017, Boss was elected as a Women Representative in Uasin Gishu County.

Education

She attended the Hill School, Loreto Matunda, Moi Girls Eldoret for both her O and A level education where she passed well and secured a place at the University of Nairobi to pursue a Bachelor of Laws. She later joined Kenya School of Law for Diploma in Law. She went to South Africa to join University of Cape Town to study Master of Laws. She later came back to Kenya to pursue Master of Business Administration at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

She got married to Sam Kruschev Shollei, but the two divorced later. He was a CEO at Standard group who was accused of sleeping with his female workers in the company and his wife chased him from his matrimonial Kitisuru home.

Boss Shollei accused him of abandoning the family, refusing to provide for it, denial of conjugal rights and being abusive in the divorce suit lodged in 2016. She said that he was like a cat with nine lives, he would bounce back and pussies in the town would be drilled with a vengeance. He is now spending his days living in hotels or crashing in the house of Faith Rono. All women who he left a big hole in their hearts and other parts of their bodies are all now shunning him, thus the man has nowhere to cum or go.

Career

Gladys worked with UNEP as an international waters consultant and taught the law of the sea at the University of Nairobi and also served as the Jessup International Moot Competition the equivalent of World Cup for student lawyers, team coach. They appeared before a mock International Court of Justice and her teams took home the African Cup five times.

She was the National Council of Law Reporting’s CEO, where she was credited with setting up the infrastructure for online publications of all laws in Kenya and digitizing all judgments since Independence. She earned the institution recognition as an authority internationally and won several awards. Boss served as deputy chief electoral officer at the interim Independent Electoral Commission.

Salary

Being one of Women Representative in Kenya, she receives a recurrent basic taxable salary of Kshs. 532,500 and a number of allowances, indicating each member get a gross salary of Ksh1,378, 000. Apart from her salary, she is allowed to a mortgage loan, car loan and medical cover facility.
