Composition
Immobulk contains the synthetic antidiarrhoeal for oral use, Loperamide Hydrochloride. Immobulk is available in 2mg capsules.
Indications/Uses
Immobulk is indicated for the symptomatic control of acute and chronic diarrhea
Contraindications
Immobulk must not be given to infants below 24 months of age. However immobulk capsules are not suited for the treatment of children below 5 years of age.
Side Effects
Skin rash, abdominal pain, distension and discomfort, nausea and vomiting, constipation, tiredness, drowsiness and dizziness, dry mouth.
Precautions
In patients with diarrhea especially in children, fluid and electrolyte depletion may occur. In such cases administration of appropriate fluid replacement therapy is given

As advised by your doctor or pharmacist as dosage depends on your clinical condition.
Administration
Immobulk is indicated for use in adults and children over 5 years of age only.
