Jibril Blessing who popularly known as J Blessing is a TV producer, Music Video Director, Cinematographer and Founder of Link Video Global. He has created many variety of TV productions, Commercials, Documentaries and Music videos for both Kenyan based Musicians and International. He established Link Video Global (LVG) where he has done many music videos over thousands.
This has made him receive numerous Awards which include, the 2011 Groove Awards Video Producer of the Year, three Mwafaka Awards as well as Kubamba Music Video Awards, Worship Video of the year. Blessing is the Director of Churchill Show, an award-winning show in Kenya and Laugh Festival Africa which hosted by Churchill.

Career
Blessing started as a freelance video director and producer and later founded the Link Video Global, a production company based in Nairobi. One of its main functions has been to mentor and groom the youths who have interest in artistic expression. J Blessing has been able to launch and establish various main stay Musicians and Producers. Some of the success stories within Kenya are the eclectic Willy Paul and the Music Video Producer Young Wallace.
He signed a partnership with headphones maker Pace Communications Limited to support the upcoming artistes. The partnership will see the formation of a foundation which will be helping in identifying and promoting the young artistes.
