The KASNEB student portal is the official online account system used by students and examination candidates to manage registration, bookings and academic records. Candidates should log in only through a genuine KASNEB domain.
Official KASNEB student portal login
Open online.kasneb.or.ke or student.kasneb.or.ke. Enter the email address and password associated with your account, then select Log in. If you are new, use Create an account and verify your email before signing in.
What students can do on the portal
The portal supports student registration, qualification selection, examinations booking, results and result slips, examination timetables, requests for exemptions, account renewal and certain certificate-related services. Features depend on your registration and the availability of the service.
Checking results
After results are officially released, log in and select the examinations results area. Choose the relevant examination sitting and open the result slip. Follow KASNEB’s instructions for official confirmation or transcript services when proof of examination performance is required.
Downloading examination timetables
Open examination booking and the student timetable area, confirm the sitting and papers, and download the available timetable PDF. Check examination-centre details and report any discrepancies immediately.
Paying examination or renewal fees
Confirm your registration or booking transaction, view the exact amount and generate an invoice or portal payment instruction. Pay only using the identified official channels, retain your receipt and verify that the transaction is recorded on your account.
Login problems and account security
Use the portal’s Forgot Password feature for recovery. If your account does not show earlier records, ask KASNEB how to link the existing registration. Avoid suspicious advertisements, intermediary login pages and people requesting your password or one-time code.
