A KASNEB student account lets learners register for professional and diploma examinations, book exam sittings and view their student records. New and existing candidates should use KASNEB’s official digital services rather than unofficial registration agents.
How to create a KASNEB student account
- Go to the official student portal or student login page.
- Select Create an account.
- Enter your full name as shown on your identity document, date of birth, preferred email and secure password.
- Open your email and follow the activation link.
- Log in with your registered email and password.
- Choose the relevant certificate, diploma or professional qualification and complete the registration details.
- Follow official instructions to pay and obtain confirmation.
Registering for a qualification
Ensure your personal information matches your academic documents and identity details. Confirm the selected syllabus, entry requirements and examination level before submitting an application. Students who have a previous registration number should link their existing record as the portal instructs rather than create duplicate student records.
Account activation and password recovery
If the activation email is missing, inspect your spam folder, verify the email address you entered and use the portal’s supported resend process. For forgotten passwords, select the official password-recovery link. Never share your password or verification codes.
Services available through the account
Student services include examination booking, timetable downloads, results, exemptions, account renewals, certificate collection and confirmation-of-results requests, depending on eligibility and processing status. Read the official KASNEB student service guide for the relevant procedure.
