Kulow Maalim Hassan is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Banissa Constituency in Mandera County. Kulow Hassan has been a member of The Economic Freedom Party (EFP), since 2017 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Banissa Constituency.
