Lilian Achieng Gogo is Kenyan politician who is a Kenyan representative in the National Assembly of Kenya for Rangwe Constituency in Homa Bay County under Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket since 2017. Lilian Achieng is a coalition member of the ODM Party.

From 1988 to 1989, she joined Egerton University to pursue a Bsc in Dairy Science Technology and did her MSc in Food Science from the same university from 2001 to 2004.
