Current curriculum and subject choices
Kenya’s senior-school system uses pathways and subject combinations that vary by institution. Ask the school or official Ministry of Education placement service which programmes are approved for the relevant intake. Do not assume older Form One subject arrangements are unchanged.
Admissions and reporting
Families should obtain genuine selection information and joining instructions. Check the reporting date, any school uniform requirements, identification or birth certificate documentation, and the school’s current admission process.
School fees and payments
Any payable fees should be confirmed using a current signed notice or school-authorised communication. Do not pay funds into an account obtained from outdated directories. Ask about applicable public funding and support for eligible learners.
KCSE performance and school activities
For school performance, request examination results for the specific year under consideration. Community schools may also support sport, clubs and student leadership, but programme availability should be confirmed directly.
