PANIC in State House as NIS questions source of UHURU’s 50 billion for 2017 campaigns

Just the other day, CORD leader, Raila Odinga, said it is now palpable that the Jubilee Government under the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, is the worst and most corrupt Government that Kenya has ever had and he may have had a point.

Even before Kenyans forget the National Youth Service (NYS) saga, where billions of shillings were looted by Government officials under the watch of former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru and top Jubilee operatives, State House has been hit with another multi-billion scandal.

This was revealed by National Intelligence Service (NIS) which indirectly accused Uhuru/ Ruto’s Government of looting a whopping sh 50 billion to finance their campaigns in 2017.

In a confidential memo to Uhuru/ Ruto’s Jubilee Party, NIS questions the source of the sh 50 billion raised by Jubilee for 2017 campaigns.

NIS says Jubilee has been unable to explain how it raised sh 50 billion for 2017 campaigns which is shown in the party’s budget for next year, despite many allegations of massive looting in public institutions.

And even if Jubilee explains the source of the sh 50 billion, NIS says the money is way beyond the maximum amount of money required for a campaign.

The Opposition had accused Jubilee of looting Government institutions to raise money for 2017.
