At last, RUTO speaks about his con brother, KIMUTAI, who looted with ANNE WAIGURU

Deputy President William Ruto has broken his silence and spoke for the first time about his alleged brother who everyone is talking about after he was linked to the looting at the National Youth Service (NYS).

Through his Communication Secretary, Ruto denied having a brother by the name Luke Kimutai Samoei, who was mentioned in the sh 791 million NYS scandal.

He said the man in question is a stranger to him and he has never met him, let alone being his brother as alleged by embattled former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru.

The Deputy President termed his alleged brother as a criminal who belongs to Kamiti Maximum Prison for defrauding Kenyans together with Anne Waiguru.

In her sworn affidavit, Waiguru claimed Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, introduced Luke Kimutai Samoei to her as Ruto’s younger brother and was given a tender worth millions of shillings.

“Kipchumba Murkomen (Elgeyo-Marakwet senator) visited my office in the company of a person he introduced as Luke Kimutai Samoei, the younger brother of DP Ruto. Samoei requested for business for his company by the name Equity Tech,” read Waiguru’s affidavit.
