Jessica Nduku Kiko Mbalu is a Kenyan politician and a current Member of Parliament for Kibwezi East Constituency in Makueni County under Wiper Democratic Movement (WDM-K). Jessica Mbalu has been a member of the Wiper Democratic Movement (WDM-K), since 2013 and an Aspirant Member of Parliament of Republic of Kenya representing Kibwezi East Constituency.

Education
In 1990, she went to Muvuti Secondary School for her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). From 1994 to 1995, Jessica Mbalu attended the Kenya Polytechnic to earn a Certificate in Computer Studies and later still at Kenya Polytechnic, she acquired a Certified Public Accountant in 1996. Between 2003 and 2006, Jessica Mbalu joined the University of Nairobi to take a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance Option. She went back to the University of Nairobi to study a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management. Jessica Mbalu later attended the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology to pursue a PhD.
