William Kipkiror also served as Assistant Minister of Justice, National Cohesion & Constitutional Affairs. Mr. William is a member of United Republican Party and a coalition member of Jubilee Alliance.

From 1975 to 1981, William Kipkiror attended Maregut Primary School for his Certificate of Primary Education and from 1982 to 1985 went to Bartolimo Secondary School for his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education. In completion of his secondary education, he joined Kabarnet High School, from 1986 to 1987, for his Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education. He was later enrolled as an undergraduate Student at the University of Nairobi to pursue a Bachelor of laws Degree from 1987 to 1991. In 1992, he joined Kenya School of Law to study a Diploma in Law.

William Kipkiror got his first job in May 1993 as Legal Officer at Industrial & Commercial Development Corporation (ICDC) where he worked till September 1996. William Kipkiror was again employed as Legal Officer at Central Bank of Kenya where he worked from October 1996 to December 1998.
William Kipkiror started developing interest in politics and in 2013 he joined the politics. William Kipkiror vied parliamentarian seat for Baring north constituency and from 10th March 2013, he became a Member of Parliament for Baringo North Constituency under the United Republican Party (URP) ticket and Coalition of Jubilee Alliance, the ruling party in Kenya
